This Tunic is named after the Indian born, British, sculptor Anish Kapoor. Initially studying electrical engineering, Kapoor quit and left for Israel. There he decided to pursue art, he left Israel and attended Hornsey College of Art and Chelsea College of Arts. He’s lived in London ever since. His works are often biomorphic and have grown in scale along the length of his career. In 2013 he received knighthood for his services to visual arts.
Quality
This garment is made from old bedding fabrics, after making it has been stained dyed with our natural dyes. The beddings that are used are made of 100% cotton and collected via our recycling partners or via donations people have made.

Hullekes stained dye is a plant based dye and done by hand in Arnhem, the Netherlands. Each dye is unique.
Fit & sizing
In the pictures you see Boy and Emilia both wearing the size A Kapoor Tunic. The Kapoor Tunic is made to fit most people, and only comes in our size A.
Boy wears a size A. He is a Medium, 185 cm tall, his chest is 91 cm, hips 92 cm.
Emilia wears a size A. She is a Small, 174 cm tall, her chest is 81 cm, hips 91 cm.
Passport & packaging
Each Kapoor Tunic will get its own unique code and a matching Clothing Passport. Make sure to use the passport to create your personal narrative.
Are you done with the shirt? We are always happy to receive old items back, especially if they are provided with their original passport. Or give the skirt, including its passport, to your beloved friend or family member. But never forget: do not throw away your Hul le Kes garment.
