This Cremer Jacket is number 1 of 3 from the Hul le Kes Collectable Nº II series. The jacket is crafted from upcycled wool blankets, each selected for its distinctive pattern, texture and character.
Designed with a slightly oversized, gender-inclusive fit, the Cremer features a rib collar, generous pockets, extra-long sleeves and a soft deadstock rib binding for comfort and warmth. Finished with a snap button closure, it combines everyday wearability with the unique character of its reclaimed materials.
Made in the Netherlands at the Hul le Kes studio in Arnhem.

The Hul le Kes Cremer Jacket is named after Dutch painter and author Jan Cremer (1940). The sight of Cremer’s atelier being notoriously messy puts a smile on Sjaak’s face. Being a bit of a braggy controversial character in Dutch culture, Cremer’s paintings nonetheless fill us with inspiration.
Crafted from vintage wool blankets, each Monet Jacket is a one-of-a-kind piece. Finished with deadstock ribbed bindings, every detail is chosen to complement the character of the original fabric.
Small repairs by our Recovery Studio honour the life of the material while ensuring lasting comfort.

Your Hul le Kes Collectable comes with a unique Hul le Kes Passport and a Certificate of Authenticity. Each piece is carefully presented in a special box made from reclaimed cardboard, created exclusively for the Collectables collection.
