Help Us Grow – Donations – Recovery Garden

€ 25 - € 500

The Hul le Kes Recovery Garden is a 1,640 m² landscape in Arnhem where nature, people and textiles will recover together. Through biodiversity, natural dye cultivation and meaningful activities, we are creating a place where caring for our environment goes hand in hand with caring for each other.

The Recovery Garden is an expansion of our activities at the Hul le Kes Recovery Studio.

Help us Grow supports the care and development of the garden throughout its first two years. From nurturing young plants and maintaining biodiversity to cultivating natural dye crops, your contribution helps this living landscape flourish.

I. € 25 | Give Nature a Helping Hand (Support essential garden care and materials)*
II. € 125 | Care for a Season (Help maintain the garden throughout the changing seasons)*
III. € 250 | Keep the Colours Growing (Support the ongoing cultivation of natural dye plants)*
IV. € 500 | Become a Garden Guardian (Help ensure the garden receives the care it needs to flourish)*

More information about each type can be found under the tabs below.

“Study nature, love nature, stay close to nature. It will never fail you”
–Frank Lloyd Wright

A garden is never truly finished. It changes with the seasons, responds to its environment and requires continuous attention to develop into a healthy, biodiverse landscape.

The Recovery Garden is designed as a place where this ongoing care becomes part of a larger process of recovery. Throughout its first two years, we will nurture its plants, improve its soil and cultivate natural dye crops, while involving participants of our Recovery Studio in meaningful activities connected to nature.

The project will take place next to Hoeve Klein Mariëndaal, at Landgoed Mariëndaal, in between Arnhem and Oosterbeek. Hul le Kes will start with the Recovery Garden at the beginning of 2027. Would you like to become a volunteer of the Hul le Kes garden? Or do you have any other questions? Send us an email.

*This is a sponsorship contribution to the Hul le Kes Recovery Garden, not the purchase of a physical product, land or plants, and supports the creation and care of the garden throughout its first two years.
