Last week our studio finished a series of upcycled corporate jackets for Museum Arnhem. It is not the first time our upcycled jackets have been used as corporate clothes, and will certainly not be the last either. Our Cremer Jackets, Monet Jackets and Monet Bodywarmers have been used for these kinds of occasions due to their fit and the wool it is made from. Next to it being an upcycled wool, it is durable and isolating, adjusting to your own body temperature.
For Museum Arnhem we selected multiple vintage blankets, which have been collected for us by 2Switch and donated by individuals, to come to a nice range of blue tones. The Cremer Jackets have been fully made at our Manufacturing Studio, got their hand embroidery at our Recovery Studio and all have their own passports. To give the jackets a real corporate look they have been getting embroideries at our neighboring embroidery studio. A 100% locally made garment, upcycled from old blankets and fitting different body types is the result.
