“I listened, how I listened! That’s how I finally became my own expert.”
–Marguerite “Peggy” Guggenheim
Marguerite “Peggy” Guggenheim (1898 – 1979) was a patron of modern art, discovering influential artists. Sjaak admires her support to artists movements in the 20th century, and her eye for collecting contemporary art. This garment is named after Guggenheim to honor the work she has done for these artists.
