A special opportunity to select your favourite vintage blanket and have it transformed into a one-of-a-kind jacket, coat or bodywarmer, made especially for you in our Manufacturing Studio in Arnhem.

Our Rotterdam event takes place during our temporary pop-up store, open from 21 November until 4 December 2026.
1. Pick your blanket
Browse our selection of carefully sourced vintage woollen blankets, each with its own distinctive character, colours and patterns. Have a favourite blanket at home? You are also welcome to bring your own, provided it is suitable for transformation.
2. Choose your design
Select your preferred Hul le Kes design. Whether you are looking for a short jacket, a longer coat or a versatile bodywarmer, several of our signature silhouettes are available.
3. Find your size
Our team will help you choose the right size and fit. Sample garments will be available to try on, allowing you to find the silhouette that suits you best.
4. Place your order
Once you have selected your blanket, design and size, we will register your personal order. Full payment is required at the time of ordering. Your chosen blanket is then reserved exclusively for your garment.
5. Made especially for you
Following the event, your garment will be individually crafted in our Manufacturing Studio in Arnhem. Once completed, your one-of-a-kind Hul le Kes creation will be ready for collection or shipment.

All garments are individually made from an upcycled vintage blanket selected by you.
Prices include VAT and the full making of your garment, including a personal Hul le Kes label in your Jacket, Coat or Bodywarmer. Shipping costs will be communicated when placing your order, and are not included in the price.
One blanket, one personal creation. Every vintage blanket is different, making each finished garment unique.
Made to order. Your garment will be produced after the event, especially for you.
Payment upon ordering. All orders must be paid in full during the event.
Bringing your own blanket? Our team will assess whether the material, dimensions and condition are suitable for your chosen design.
Delivery or collection. After your garment is finished we will let you know by email or phone. You may then decide to collect the garment(s) yourself in Arnhem, or if you’d like us to send it to you (price not included).
