Because at Hul le Kes we work daily on sustainability and inclusivity, we sometimes forget how important it is to keep these topics in the spotlight. Initiatives like Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week (October 9-13), Sustainability Day (October 10), the Circular Economy Week in March 2025, and Fashion Revolution Week in April are therefore crucial! There are sustainable fashion alternatives, but they are still not always easy to find, and these weeks will help provide you with more information.
To improve this visibility, the COSH! platform was created, and of course, Hul le Kes is part of it. You can find both the Hul le Kes brand (ranked among the top 10 most conscious fashion labels on the platform) and the Hul le Kes Store in Arnhem on the site. On Sustainability Day, and as part of Dutch Sustainable Fashion Week, the COSH! Shopping Route Arnhem will be launched on October 10, and we’ll be there! This is an event in collaboration with Modepartners 025.
Fortunately, we’re seeing the fast-fashion terror being addressed more often in the media. We also notice more consumers and retailers consciously choosing circular and social design, like that of Hul le Kes. However, it’s still just a drop in the ocean; only together can we increase the positive impact of sustainable fashion labels. This can be done by consciously purchasing clothing from brands that meet your personal sustainability criteria or by checking out cosh.eco.
At Hul le Kes, we believe we need to create even more positive impact, especially to make a stronger counterstatement. That’s why, starting next week, we will launch a crowdfunding campaign through CrowdAboutNow.
