Marguerite “Peggy” Guggenheim (1898 – 1979) was a patron of modern art, discovering influential artists. Sjaak admires her support to artists movements in the 20th century, and her eye for collecting contemporary art. This garment is named after Guggenheim to honor the work she has done for these artists.
Quality
This garment is made from a 100% wool vintage blanket. This blanket is collected via our recycling partners or via donations people have made.
The bindings are made from dead-stock ribbed fabrics.
The coat is unlined.
Fit & sizing
The Guggenheim Coat is designed as a slightly oversized jacket. It comes with extra long sleeves to keep your hands warm during the cold days. In case that is not needed you can easily roll your sleeve up.
The Guggenheim Coat comes in a size 0, 2 and 4 and suits every gender.
In the pictures you see Kiki wearing a size 2. Kiki is a Small, 172 cm tall, her chest is 88, waist 69 cm, hips 94 cm.
