“They thought I was a Surrealist but I wasn’t. I never painted dreams. I painted my own reality.”
–Frida Kahlo
This garment is named after Frida Kahlo (1907 – 1954) who was a survivor of a life-altering accident, and defied conventions through her art. With Hul le Kes we like our work to give a similar motivation to people, no matter what their background; like we do at the Recovery Studio. Textiles to defy your problems, instead of art.
Quality
This garment is made from a 100% deadstock Linen fabric.
Deadstock fabrics are limited, when the stock runs out a new proposal of a similar fabric is made.
Made at our Manufacturing Studio in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
