We have just completed the first three editions, and we look back with a deep sense of gratitude. Not because of numbers or sales, but because of the atmosphere that unfolded in our space. Conversations that lingered. New encounters between people who had never met before. Familiar faces returning, bringing friends, partners, colleagues. A room slowly filling with curiosity, openness and shared values.
The Hul le Kes Salon was born from a desire to create a more intimate way of connecting. In a world where fashion often revolves around speed and consumption, we wanted to slow things down. To make space for dialogue. To invite you not only to see our garments, but to experience the philosophy behind them. Shopping is welcome, of course, but it is never the obligation. Presence is enough.
At the Salon, we speak about craft and circularity, about textiles and the stories they carry. We exchange ideas on how a different fashion system might look, one that values repair over replacement and community over competition. Just as in our studios, where textiles and people are given time and attention to grow, the Salon offers a place where creativity and conversation can unfold organically.
We are deeply encouraged by how warmly this step toward a more personal and intimate way of gathering has been received. It confirms our belief that people long for connection; not only with garments, but with the stories, hands and ideas behind them.
