Accurate details include hammer loop curtain tape, front button fastening, twin front slit pockets and 2 back patch pockets.

Claude Monet

This garment is named after the world famous, Paris born, impressionist Claude Monet (or Claude Oscar Monet) who lived from 1840 until 1926. He is known for his landscapes and garden views. He was a prolific practitioner of expressing one’s perceptions before nature and loved to paint outdoors. It is his impressionist touch and the garments he wears that are a great inspiration to us. Visiting Monet’s house and garden with his parents is one of Sebastiaan’s best childhood memories.

This garment is made from patchwork of 100% Upcycled Cotton Overalls with hand needle embroidery. 

Made at our Manufacturing Studio in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Fit & sizing

In the pictures Mila wears a size 1. She is a Small, 174 cm tall, her chest is 89 cm, waist 61 and hips 86 cm.
Luuk wears a size 2. He is a Medium, 186 cm tall, his chest is 93 cm, waist 73 cm and hips 94 cm.

Passport & packaging

Each garment get its own unique code. On check-out you can request a matching Clothing Passport and use the passport to create your personal narrative.

Are you done with the garment? We are always happy to receive old items back, especially if they are provided with their original passport. Or give the shirt, including its passport, to your beloved friend or family member. But never forget: do not throw away your Hul le Kes garment.
